「Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. 「The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They helped make it an amazing weekend for my girlfriend and I. We stayed in the Rose Cabin and it was perfect for a couple. 」

「這是一間平價的連鎖飯店， 一開始我兒子女兒的浴缸堵塞住了， 櫃檯馬上換了一間新的房間給我們， 服務算很好， 但搞定小孩後，換我自己房間的鑰匙打不開， 重新做了二次的磁卡鑰匙， 還是無法開啟門鎖， 櫃檯人員不相信，又跟著我回房，在門口搞了很久， 最後終於打開了！ 至於隔天的早餐， 有土司、貝果、瑪芬、果醬， 飲料就果汁跟咖啡， 簡單到不行的早餐， 但相對它的住宿價格也不高， 只是順路的簡單過夜休息， 算是還不錯的了！」
