"The hotel is super nice and the rooms are spacious. However, when I try to do my check-in, the counter person took more than 40 mins to provide me with a room. They didn’t have it ready, although I arrived past their check-in time. I wasn’t pleased about this. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Brackenridge House Bed & Breakfast. Lily was our Host and she was very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely - furnished well and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and the bedding was so comfy and cozy! We never moved our vehicle - everything we wanted to do was in walking distance: Riverwalk, Alamo Street. We hope to return very soon. "
