"Did not book a handicap room and that's what they gave me I called the front desk and she said that's what they had that's what I had booked I checked my booking and it was not that the person was rude and not helpful did not try to accommodate or change me to another room she said it was full and the parking lot was half empty I asked her for a bottom room first floor she says she couldn't did not even try her face her attitude was not friendly I do not recommend that hotel stay almost fell...

"Lots of construction around the area which made accessing a bit challenging. The elevators were super slow since they served the garage and the guest floors. The rooms were standard and the breakfast was warm. Overall 3.75/5.0"
