「This hotel is one of the cleanest, well functioning hotels I've stayed at in years. The breakfast was delicious.」

「Property needs major updates and a thorough cleaning. Good location, but the room left a lot to be desired. Did not want to use the mini fridge or microwave due to condition. There are nicer places for the same price in neighboring towns.」

「First, the outside of the hotel needs some work on the ends where the little porch cover is broken off and leaning up against the door, the pulldown blinds that you can see from the windows were ripped. We went inside there was no person, to talk to. Its virtually which worked out fine. They wanted a card or cash to keep on file for incidentals. I wanted to go check the room first before I did that because of the way everything else was. The machine without a card we went to check the room and...

「Check-in was stressful, they did not have the confirmation # and I had to call Expedia for more information. We had already paid online. April? the desy clerk was kind to help me through this. Was a pain though. Breakfast is same old, same old. Coffee cold, hot water Luke warm, bland offerings.」

「First night, okay. Second, third, etc neighbors jumping, bumping loud music most the night until I had to call the front desk two nights in a row. They have workers in and they’re top priority. Not us traveling peasants lol. If you wanna party, check in; if you want quiet go elsewhere」

「We arrived with no water for the first night and next morning. On the second night we did not have water until after 7:00 p.m. and then no hot water. Out of 3 night stay we had hot water for only one night. No refund was offered or given because 'we booked through Expedia'.」

「The renovated suite was wonderful! The breakfasts were really good. Several of the breakfast supplies were low or out and when asking the staff, she said to look at the other stations and continued to stay in the kitchen area. Not friendly.」
