Missed the entrance due to unlit signage. Waited at front desk over 5 minutes with 4 other customers. Called the number they left to contact them when no one is at the front desk. Called twice and no one picked up. Asked for non-smoking room but upon entering the room had a strong odor. The room was just ok. First time at the Quality Inn and I was planning to stay at another quality inn at a different location the next day but cancelled.

Staff acts weird gives you weird looks there is dirt and dried blood on the walls where they had the flood they did not clean properly flickering lights burn out lights different electrical issues and other problems there is a sewage backup and a flood and they didn't even clean their carpets

Don't let the pictures fool you--this place is a dump. The laminate in the hallways is buckled and the whole atrium (pool area) was closed due to standing water. The first room we got stunk badly. The second room had filthy sheets and we had to take them off and bring them to the front desk to have them changed. The room itself was ok enough except for some staining on the walls. This was probably a nice hotel in its day but its day is past. The breakfast was a row of tables with a few things set out in the corner of the bar that looks like it has been closed for a while. This could have been a temporary setup due to the closed and musty atrium. We asked for an extra blanket and they said they didn't have any. The positives were that the staff was friendly enough and we didn't see any bedbugs!

At first glance the room looked good, but a closer inspection revealed some sticky spots on the carpet, a hole in the bathroom wall where someone slammed the door open and an unplugged refrigerator that smelled very bad. There were some stains on the walls that looked like splatter from something, and there were suspicious stains on the ceiling just outside the bathroom that could've been mold from the moisture created by no venting in the bathroom. We didn't even bother to look at the microwave. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, so there were a couple of positives.

I stayed in this motel 3 times since the first of February but I will not stay there again. They advertise weight room, pool, hot tub and games like for example pool table. The weight room was "out of order", the hot tub was not working, the pool table was in a puddle of water and they apparently "turn off" the room keys at 8 am. I had to have keys made every single day I was there. Even going to coffee in the morning I would come back to my room and the key did not work. Check out time is 11 am but the second time I stayed I had to have keys made after leaving the room at 9 to go to my truck. The last night I was there, February 28, the shower water was barely hot. The staff was friendly but they need to fix what is broken or quit advertising and stop turning off the keys before check out time. I have never experienced that before. I think I stayed enough days to know that they probably have no plan to offer what they advertise.

I've stayed in many Quality inns over the years but the QI in Springfield Ohio was not up to the Standard I am used to. The room itself was ok, Clean, appliances worked, etc. What was really sub par was the breakfast! Everything was ice cold! The waffle batter was so thin that it would only make waffle shells with nothing inside. Only the Orange juice dispenser worked. The other juices were plain water. etc.

Black hairs on the sheets. Hallways smell very bad! Very poor lighting in common pool area. Saw a cat in 2 different rooms looking out of the drapes. Breakfast tables were dirty. One of the worst hotel stays I have ever had.

Arrived on property, it was a lot of people loitering the parking lot. The first room we checked in smelled bad and the tv was cracked.. the stairwell to the upstairs looks like a dungeon and full of trash. They gave us a second room, both supposed to be non smoking, smelled like smoke. Burn holes in the sheets, this brown color stuff that looked like poop was smeared all over the sheer curtains. The tub in the bathroom was disgusting.

The room was dirty and full of roaches. The pool area didnt have lights. The breakfast area didnt have lights. The smell was pretty bad. One of the gaming areas had an arcade game plugged in, and a pool table. We thought it had a cool epoxy floor until we stepped down and stepped into water with the arcade game plugged in. Could have dealt with everything else but the roaches were just terrible. Woke up to one crawling in the bed , they were on the walls and curtains and crawled out of the coffe maker when i went to use it. There wasnt anyone at the front desk when i left to talk to, just a bucket that said drop key here. You cant get a hold of a human by the phone either. Would not recommend.
