「Awesome amenities but the hot tub was kind of gross. The beds/pillows were uncomfortable and the room never completely cooled off especially at night. I told front desk and they sent maintenance to change the air filter but it didn’t help. Don’t touch anything on the mini bar or you’ll be charged because there’s a sensor underneath the items! Nice staff and great location.」

「I stayed in this hotel alone while attending the Chicago Marathon. It was a beautiful hotel with a great location. The cleanliness was at the highest level, and the facilities were great, especially the swimming pool on the top floor. Overall a great experience from start to finish, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.」
