"I haven't been told that the room is "connected room" until I settle all my belongings in the room just before left the room for city tour. I then went to the front desk and request the change, becasue the connected room use "old" style lock and I cannot lock it by myself. This set up make me feel unsecured. I am asking to change the room, and..
1) It take me more than one hour to make the arrangement which the efficiency is extremely LOW.
2) The front desk staff gave me the feeling (really bad) that I was asking an upgrade the room. I had say NONE of the WORD to indicate/ imply/ request ANY UPGRADE. But to explain the security problem I concern.
3) This is not my first stay of the hotel. I really DISAPPOINTED on the service and attitude on the front desk staff, including her senior who continuous and repeatlly that only the SAME type of room could change.
4) I make it clear of my concern repeat, repeat and repeat.
5) I would make the appointment was becasue of the locations.
I would be grateful if the reply could really send to the management of the hotel to IMPROVE their substandard service."
