"Excellent location. Great staffing. Rooms/bath are small but efficient - store bags under beds. I prefer more standard western-sized hotel rooms but there was limited availability during my time there. This was a great value for the price if you are ok with limited room space. Check-in was automated and connected you by speakerphone to an associate if you needed help. It was actually really efficient and fast this way. There were adequate staff throughout the day and night - went several times. Consider a late checkout or drop off your luggage early if you plan on leaving your luggage at the concierge - it's a long line in the morning. You can late check out up to 3 hours. Beds were comfortable. There was glasses/pitcher and filtered water dispenser in the hallway. Great info on the TV - free movies (even a few in english), town info, discount codes for shopping at some of the nearby stores, hotel info, and even reservation changes right through the TV. Bathroom is small, but fully functional - bidet, tub (smaller sized), good water pressure and hot water, and grooming supplies/robes/slippers provided. Daily towel exchange. They cleaned the room often. Laundry room seemed busy. There is a gym you can pay to access hourly. I didnt go in but it looked pretty basic. There are gyms nearby that offer passes for better rates. There is a 7-Eleven outside and in the hotel, so super convenient. There is an onsen and pool deck but didn't make it to either one. Would stay again."

"Staffs were friendly and super helpful. We needed to transfer luggages to a different hotel from Osaka to Tokyo. And they have a paid service at reception that offers this. The coin laundry service and room cleaning were great as well!"
The OneFive Osaka Shinsekai

"The OneFive is a business hotel in the Shinsekai entertainment district that you see on social media. The one with the retro bright lights and the Tsutenkaku Tower. Donki and Daiso stores are very close for shopping. Smaller crowds. Easy to reach the trains. Dotonbori is a train ride away. One downside is some restaurants and businesses were closed during the week and didn’t open until Thursday-Saturday. Hotel room was fine. I’d still stay here again."
Hotel Keihan Namba Grande

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Keihan Namba Grande. We had a triple room with 1 double bed and 2 single beds. The location is convenient although it was a slightly longer 10min + walk to the Namba train station. It is not a very long walk but it does seem long after a long day of sightseeing. There is Kura sushi, ramen and a Lawson accessible on the second floor. We did not pay for the breakfast so I don’t have any comments on that. The rooms are clean, modern and roomy for Japanese hotel. We enjoyed the view of the trains passing by our window. You can hear them but the noise did not bother us. If you are sensitive to train noise maybe ask for a room facing away from the trains. Overall it is a great base for exploring Osaka. It is convenient enough and in a quiet neighbourhood."

"Excellent location, very central to the Namba area. Only 10-15min to Dotonbori depending on your pace. Very clean and spacious room. As soon as you enter the hotel everyone greets you and tries to be accommodating as possible. Definitely recommend."
