「Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned when we got there at 5pm. They did clean it within a half hour while we went for dinner. The hide-a-bed was small and uncomfortable. The staff was helpful and the pool was nice.」

「The staff was great, very helpful. I left two items behind and they arranged to have it shipped to my home so I didn't have to return and pick it up. My only complaint was the sheets had some black marks on them, very small, that my wife noticed. The sheets were clean, they had been washed. 「Really pleasant stay! Rich at the front desk was so welcoming, friendly and helpful with local recommendations! Lots of parking available and good central location in town. Room was good. Only “issue” was my toilet was constantly running. If I’m ever in Brookings again, I would stay again!」

「This room was so dirty. Toilet was disgusting, crumbs on the sheets & beds, trash & food under the beds. The staff was rude & not helpful - extremely overpriced for what little it offers.」

I reserved a room with a harbor view. when I arrived and started to check in the female noticed my dog and asked if I had pets and I said no, just my service dog. he then changed my room because he didn't want allergies in the other rooms. I stated I had a poodle, she doesn't shed. he then said that he couldn't put me on the second floor because of ada laws. he put me in the back of the hotel in a pet room. instead of being ignorant he should have used...
