「Eli was our host that checked us in he seemed to be new wasn’t very informative . He didn’t ask if we needed help with our bags or if we found parking OK didn’t offer valet service . We’ve stayed here before, and we were offered champagne after check-in which is something that me and my wife enjoy. We had to ask if it was still available. When we stayed in the past, it felt really personal. They asked us if we were celebrating anything or if we were there for a special occasion. Unfortunate this...

「My only complaint was the high valet and resort fees. No other options for parking but it was very convenient and their service was excellent. We did have trouble with our tv but they did compensate us nicely for this inconvenience. Would definitely recommend and return if in the area again. 」
