"We stayed for only one night. TV wouldn’t turn off without unplugging it so may need some attention. Place was clean overall except the floors had not been mopped in a while. We got the room with the kitchenette. It was a good price for the amenities. "

"The hotel is perfectly positioned near places to eat, drink, shop and go to the beach. The pool and hot tub look so tropical in the courtyard of the hotel. The staff were all friendly. The only small issue I had was that there was hair in the shower and a used contact lens on the floor of our room but no broom or cleaning supplies located in the room for us to clean it up ourself. It didn't bother us enough to notify the staff"

"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. The lobby has a spa like vibe, rooms are large, breakfast is light but has a concierge quality. Beds are comfortable, the pool again has a concierge like quality, and the amenities are wonderful. This far exceeded my expectations and would definitely stay again."

"It's a nice hotel with great location but NOISY! Sound carried from the pool, from the hallways, from the elevator. And unfortunately our partial ocean view balcony was right over a street gas repair project that started around 7am and stopped at 2am only to start again at 7am. I think hotel should have given us what info they could but instead both my calls went unreturned. On check out I spoke with manager and was comped our parking fee ($63). My car was covered in construction dust and no sleep for half my stay...i wasn't a happy customer "

"Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 check in time. Had to wait until after 5:00 to check in. Housekeeping was not the greatest: glasses not replaced for 2 days, coffee & sugar, cream, etc., not replaced, etc., They didn’t answer the phone when I called down to ask for clean glasses & coffee cups. Other than that it was a wonderful property and would stay again. Can’t beat the location! "
