Nice, clean, renovated rooms with big showers. Walls alittle thin for light sleepers but great value & location. The Beachside Cafe is right next door so an easy walk for breakfast or lunch on PCH.

Very clean and quiet even when it is located on a main street. Only complaint was the toilet seat was loose. Staff very friendly and said hello every time they saw us.

Room was clean, beds were comfy, and it was conveniently close to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants. The beds are separated into two rooms which is cool. The sink was in one room and the toilet and shower are in the other, kinda funny but still a great place to stay.

Overall a decent place to stay. Cute cottage style rooms. No pool and limited parking, on a busy street. Beach is within walking distance. Variety of restaurants nearby. Air conditioner worked well. No hair dryer and small shower.
