「有冷氣，位置非常好，距離超市，巴士站，大教堂，都非常近！可惜，櫃台服務人員，態度很冷淡！我們本來只預定了最基本的房間 8 晚，但他們卻給我們一大間 apartment，共有超過10張 6尺雙人床那麼大！我們很害怕被加價，不過幸好沒有！可是進飯店，搭電梯出來，要走很遠很遠，還要上 26個階梯，沒電梯！中間要開關 7 扇門，門很厚重！而我們的行李共有 80 公斤，所以很艱苦！設備很不錯，有免費的膠囊咖啡，唐寧茶可喝，有小冰箱，有小小一瓶真正的鮮奶！網路上，這家飯店的apartment，都是附有小廚房，有廚具，可是我們住到的apartment，沒有廚房廚具，而是附有一間客廳，有一台很大的新的LG 電視，可是不能看！還好臥房有一台比較小的舊電視可以看。Wifi 常斷線，最恐怖的是：晚上10點半之後，絕對沒熱水可以洗澡！不幸的是，今年的夏天，英國多雨又冷，晚上常15度C以下！賽倫塞斯特大概被觀光客騷擾得很煩，對觀光客比較不歡迎，不友善！賽倫塞斯特是「科茲窩丘陵」的中心，方便搭巴士去周圍很多美麗的小鎮，村落！」

「The staff were very friendly. Parking outside on the street was easy. The breakfast was really good (though cooked breakfast was an extra charge but we did not mind). The bed was softer than we like which is why I out the comfort at 4 but we would definitely stay here again if we were heading to the Cotswold area.」

「I like the location being not right in a town but a short distance of drive from places such as Bibury and Cirencester. The room is on the small side but sufficient for our purpose. The inn faces an open ground with tables for drinkers and a creek which gave a good mix of environment. 「We recently spent four nights at the Lamb inn and the experience was wonderful. The accommodation, food and service was excellent as was the welcome and atmosphere. This is a wonderful location for a quiet relaxing break that is set in wonderful countryside a d which is excellent for walking and exploring.」

「Liked the property as clean and had a lovely bath. The food was good even if they forgot to put sausages on my breakfast. Very easily sorted one i spotted them missing. Great staff and a nice atmosphere. Busy but not too crowded 」

「My wife and I used this as a one night stop over as part of a leisure trip. We were very happy with our choice. Hotel ( which has great spa facilities ) is a mile or so from village which has a few eating and drinking options if not wanting to eat at hotel. Staff excellent . Clean. Many thanks 」
