"We didn’t have cold water at night, we had to shower with water bottles!! "

"Big deep bathtub that always had hot water and was so relaxing after walking so much. Great huge rooms and bathroom and my teen said it's the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The only downside is walking so far multiple times a day from our hotel room to our parking garage especially with luggage and heavy bags. Elevators take far too long to come when called and I can hear them going up and down the shafts all night long since our room was near them. "

"This hotel has seen better days. Check in was slow. Thank goodness the staff is great or the marks would be lower. The place smells terrible and even on the 20th floor, sleeping was difficult due to the smoke smell. Toilet was running all the time. Paying a cheep price gets you a cheep experience. The staff was great!!!!"

"Make sure to read carefully the amenities. The Royal tower doesn’t have a fridge in case you need one. But they were kind enough to provide one which I needed. "
