"One of the beds in the room had a flat spot on the edge from sitting on the bed. Doesn’t seem like they ever get flipped or rotated to even the wear. Had a small window to look out. Parking garage is max of 6’ 7”. Not central to the rest of the hotel so be ready for a walk through the casino"

"This was our first time staying at planet Hollywood. We usually stay at the Cosmo or Mandalay Bay. We were pleasantly suprised! The room was great, really everything was great, and the gal at the front desk that helped us with a check-in issue was super pleasant. "

"We were on a road trip and started leaving towards Utah. We missed Vegas so we turned around and stayed another night at the flamingo. Both nights the staff were super friendly. Check in was fast and easy. Both rooms were clean and smelled really good. "

"Pro-Very clean, many delicious food options. Cons-lacks in amenities especially for one that charges a daily resort fee. There is no in room coffee maker, iron board had no padding, iron barely worked. There is only 1 drink server for card tables, 1 for slots. 3 diff days we sat over 30 mins playing before ever offered a drink. Card dealers rude, barely talk or interact. Ultimately I may stay here again but I absolutely will not play the casino. "

"Third time staying here in the last few months and this was the first time in the VIP tower. Not impressed. As disgusting as this is to say, there was a booger in one of the sinks along with hair in various locations of the bathroom. There was water around the toilet which I don’t know if it was from a leak or from just having been mopped. But the worst was finding a baby cockroach in the sink the following morning. My other stays in the other tower were far more pleasant which is surprising because this was supposed to be the upgrade tower. The elevator in the parking garage also sounded like it was on its last legs. Disappointing because this is a relatively convenient spot for me to stay when I’m in Vegas, but probably the last for a while."
