「The location was clean and quiet. The building was recently remodeled; some of the furniture was still old and worn. Initially, The room I was in had a toilet that ran constantly and a very noisy air conditioner. They moved me to another room, and the problem disappeared.」

「This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. 「The room was most certainly clean. It was also a decent size. No complaints there. And we were only there for a single night. However, the place is just a patchwork of bad repairs on an old property. The bathroom was not good, though everything worked. I’m just surprised, and disappointed Expedia has them on their site.」

「The ground of the property looks well kept however, the inside looks dark with unpleasant odor. When I rang the door bell the hosts opened the door and I didn't feel welcome. She didn't introduce herself, after a while having conversation with her I had to asked for her name. She didn't tell me where to park but she told me not to park in her parking. I left the property and didn't stay there. I went and find another bed and breakfast that I felt welcome and safe.」
