「Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We were attending a wine tasting experience at Llanerch Vineyard and the hotel, very kindly, shuttled us to and from the vineyard, which was fantastic! The room was nice. The bathroom in particular was very spacious. My husband and I had a lovely overnight stay, would highly recommend. 」

「I had a week of exams. The hotel provided me the perfect accommodation to be able to revise with an excellent desk and plenty of space. The bed was so comfortable and perfectly clean throughout. Staff were so welcoming and helpful Definitely recommend and I will be coming again. 」

Cleaning staff we met and chatted with the kids, were also very kind. Beds were amazing! The hotel is beautiful and is looked after well. Highly recommend! X」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」
