「Very little interest in guest service, a lot of interest in nickel and diming their guests. When you pull under the entry canopy, you can see the bellman standing inside at his desk. But he does not bother to even glance your way until after you unload 3 heavy suitcases and drag them thru the sliding glass doors to the front desk. For this treatment, we were charged in addition to the room rate, a $30 "Resort Fee" AND $15 nightly parking fee.. A suburban "resort" with acres of parking, but...

「I have wanted the Halcyon to be worth the price and the hype. I've given it 3 tries- which I shouldn't have. The mattresses need to be replaced. You can feel where they are sunken in from previous guests. I felt like I was sleeping in a ditch. They flipped the mattress and I found a spot in the middle that hadn't been collapsed. The staff was friendly but didn't seem bothered by this. I couldn't sleep. I had the same issue last year and thought I had a bad room or maybe in that time things had...
