「Everything was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The only thing that needs improvement is the elevator panels on the inside were falling off and the door shuts quickly and is difficult for kids and the elderly to hold it open once it starts to close.
Overall it was a great experience.」
「There was absolutely nothing in the room to read. I had to call front desk to find out how to get internet and how to control heat. There were no menus so I don't know if room service was available or not. I couldn't tell whether the coffeemaker was free to use. Too few towel racks for wet towels. No water glasses by sink. It seemed to me that there was little attention to customer once one was in the $200 room.」
