$!00 deposit for "incidentals" - There are No Utensils, no glasses, no cups, no plates or dishware, no pots or pans. There's a Dishwasher ?? FOR WHAT ?? It was a quiet room with a very comfortable bed. Best sleep I had on my whole trip... I'd stay here again knowing that I had to bring my entire kitchen with...

The room was ok. Beds were comfortable and it was clean but very old. Also be aware there is a $150 deposit for incidentals and you have to have a physical card for that. They do not accept apple pay at all and they charge the fee separately from the room.

Check-in was fantastic. I was met at the front door and he was polite and helpful. The layout of the room was fine and while the room was clean it was old and showed signs of wear like discolored ceiling and carpet was old. The refrigerator leaked water that was sitting in the bottom shelf and the toilet was the shortest toilet I've ever seen. The grounds had a lot of cigarettes laying around. The breakfast only had carbs no eggs protein fruit or yogurt.

I slept like a baby in the bed

The bathtub had rust in it, and there were ants on the bathroom counter. The firepit bricks where chipping, also there was dust on the walls. The closet doors would not move. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The bed was super comfortable.

The room was poorly painted, cracking and old curtains, the property wreaked of pot and it seems like people use the property as transient living. For the price i guess you get what you expect. The room and linens were clean. Staff "ungraded" me to a double queen because i had pets, then wanted to charge me a 250 deposit instead of a 150 deposit because it was a bigger room. Very meh experience

I never knew there was a hotel with actual bedrooms with doors. Hawthorne extended stay is around the same price as other hotels but the room is huge. We rented the two bedroom loft and loved it! It has a full bedroom with full bathroom downstairs and a loft bedroom upstairs with a bathroom/shower stall and upstairs has a HUGE vanity mirror and sink area. It’s absolutely perfect! The front desk staff are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to make sure each guest enjoys their stay. I can’t find a single negative remark about Hawthorne. Will definitely be back!

Stayed here 10 years ago and it was really nice, clean and comfortable. Went to room and it wasn’t very clean and TV didn’t work. Changed rooms a little better but way out dated. Bed was not comfortable and a little TV. Would not stay there again!!!

They were a fall back out first time through and were rather good. Coming back we just went right back. While it wasn't as clean, rust stains, one closet door didn't work, and the couch didn't pull out as advertised. It still was rather affordable for what we got. The kitchen while we still didn't use it, is still a nice option. Plus we got the TV to finally connect to the wifi which was a plus. The staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Extended a "girls' weekend" stay in town unexpectedly with my preteen daughter, chose property based on nearness to activities, attractive rate and what appeared to be comfortable/amenable accommodations in online photos... the man at check-in was very kind and efficient, but we literally cried walking in the door - room was VERY smelly/musty, visibly neglected in repairs/updates, no working A/C, debris under the bed, cigarette ash on counters. Non-refundable and couldn't afford to go elsewhere, so we made the best of it. Visible surfaces, appliances and bedding appeared clean, bed was fairly comfortable, but hole in closet door hanging off the track did not make us feel safe. Property appears very dated, neglected adjacent to many neighboring more modern, tidy hotels. Was terribly embarrassed to bring my daughter here... will definitely NOT return nor recommend:(

There was mold on the carpet around the bathroom entrance and in the bathroom entrance itself. The bottom of bathroom door was rotting and would shed wood every time you open and closed the door. The bathroom floor never completely dried when it was open. The TV remote only worked to turn the tv on. The smell of the room was so bad that we had to go to the store and get spray to make the room smell better. The check-in staff were nice though.

TV would turn on but could not be operated with the remote. Unable to turn on the heat. No thermostat could be found. I heated the unit with the electric oven. The light on the wall between the beds did not work. Odd rust stain in tub looks like 💩. No breakfast. Just coffee. The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. I won't be staying here again.

The room was visibly dirty. The gap between the door frame and the door was so large light came through, and there was a noticeable breeze. There were loose tiles in the bathroom. The hot tub was non-functioning, which sucks because the hot tub is part of the reason I booked the room. All in all it was not a great experience.
