「The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn’t work. There wasn’t one on the 1st floor. I take medication that needs to be chilled. Reported a broken lamp after checking into the room , I took a picture. The girl at the front desk seemed uninterested and couldn’t be bothered. Upon check out the broken lamp was mentioned to another girl, showed her the same picture, and she said there was no work order to fix it. But she would take care of it. First visit and it was really underwhelming...

「Cleanliness was meh- receipts and golf tees from previous occupants in our room. Wallpaper was coming off of the bathroom walls. The lobby bathroom was pretty disgusting with urine on the back of the toilet. The pool needs to be completely revamped or eliminated- musty smell and corrosion - kids didn’t even want to get in it.」

「There isn't much positive to say about this hotel. It is in need of updates. Most of the hotel has seen its better days. There was paint missing in places, the pool area is very aged, there is a sauna listed but is used for a storage closet. The door in our bathroom has scratches on it from a dog. The water faucet leaked in the bathroom. At one point our water was shut off due to a water issue in another room. I did feel bad for the man that was trying to manage both the desk and breakfast area....

「Our room was huge and the bed was comfortable. The pillows need upgrading. It was strange that you couldn't turn the light on in just the shower/toilet room.」
