Very nice property, public parking is good, staff is super friendly, it has very nice bars, restaurants, and venues in the area! The bedrooms are also super nice, big fridge, stove, microwave, they even have dinnerware that you can use. Beds are comfortable after a busy day. 10/10 recommend! Will definitely be coming back.

Beautifully updated hotel, comfortable beds, spacious rooms., very clean. The $15 breakfast was poor and not at all worth it. But other than the breakfast, it was great!

Helpful staff. Nicely updated, and clean room with kitchenette and spacious bathroom. Missing a few minor amenities I'm used to seeing in other hotels, like a clock by the bed and an ice machine on the premises. Granted, there is an ice maker in the room fridge, but you'd have to turn it on and wait hours to get more handful of cubes. Room was right across the street from an entertainment district that was quite noisy on a Friday night into the next morning til about 1:30. I knew that going in, but be advised if this is a concern. Request a room on the opposite side of the building.

The hotel is beautiful! It was clean, the staff was very friendly, and the parking garage was next door with easy parking. Next to the lobby is a large living space with chairs, tables, couches, fire place, fountain, and bar. If your room is on the interior section where you can view the lobby's living space, you can hear the bar patrons chatting and the Friday/ Saturday Jazz music playing. The music stopped and bar closed early, returning to a quiet hotel. I thought it all stopped rather early myself. I personally loved it, the music and activity. There was a very nice gathering there. I think it was a wedding reception, it was respectful and elegant; I was watching from my room. The made a quiet room filled with a little life. Not all rooms are face towards the lobby's living space. If the bar and gatherings are not for you, you can request a room away from the lobby area. The rooms are nice, large, and has wonderful kitchen. The are doors within the room, to allow interconnecting of rooms when booking more than 1 room. I am for sure going to come back! The area used to be an industrial district, many years ago, now refurbished to restaurants, shops and such. I loved the urban area and will be returning.

This is our go-to hotel when we are in Wichita. It never disappoints... the staff is super friendly and they greet us like we live there! The hotel has its own style with live music and happenings downtown. The breakfast is awesome too (but its not free). Great hotel.

everything was great until we woke up and the shower wouldn’t work. the water wouldn’t even turn on. Sasha, the front desk clerk was very rude and argumentative. i never once received any empathy or apologies, was simply told maintenance didn’t work on the weekends and my only option was to pack all your shower products and clothing and go to a different floor to a room that was available to shower in. i had to parade through a very busy hotel to the lobby to get a key and then back down a floor to an empty room to shower, while in my pajamas and bed head. then return to my room with wet hair to continue to get ready for my day. this wasn’t only me, my daughter too. no apologies, no compensation, just pure attitude from Sasha.

If I didn’t have the lock from the inside of the room housekeeper would have walked in twice. She came at 8 am and then again at 10. Check out is at 12 I was trying to rest before my drive back and that bothered me.

Breakfast was great. Amenities were great. Close to bars and restaurants. Free parking. Only complaint is the loud crowd outside on the weekend. We were on the first floor and our window was right by the sidewalk where there were some very inebriated individuals yelling for what seemed like good hour at 1:30 am.
