「剛入住兩天房間面courtyard有廚房的油煙味很重，之後五天改面外街好多了。幾個階梯提行李較不方便外，他們的服務是真的很不錯，只要他們人在，看到都會幫忙搬運行李。英國水質應為硬水，但他們提供的洗髮精與潤髮乳讓我的頭髮超柔順。很多小地方累積下來，整體感受是很棒的。」

「In fact, it surprised me a lot. The staff was the boy at the bar table. He was busy but helped me to check in as possible as he could. My room was larger than I imagined. Bed was tidy and clean. The fragrance of the cover proved it was substituted. The hotel was close to TKmark, Subway and MacDonald. 5 mins walk to the underground station. The bar on the first floor made few noise but could't disturb my sleeping. Anyway, if you find a bed for one night I would recommend this hotel for you. For...

「What a perfect first night stay in the UK! Everything about Bel & The Dragon Cookham was lovely. From the warm staff, to the quality of the food, to the great bed, to the guest-only self-serve tipples (sloe gin and whisky), everything was carefully attended to. Every staff member was helpful, esp to help us navigate on our first day. Highly recommend a stay here in one of the oldest pubs in England!」

「Disappointing experience, it's hard to imagine this room costs £180. The floor creaks. The air conditioner is broken, the safe has no batteries, and the air conditioner remote has no batteries. The room is small, and there is guitar playing downstairs early in the morning, making it impossible to sleep. The sound insulation is poor, and you can often hear laughter from the next room.
