「We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days. The property also had multiple maintenance issues...

「Very beautiful ,friendly」

「If you can afford it, select the Ocean Front room with private beach. We have stayed at the hotel some 5 times, and except the first time, we only want this room.」

「Staff was friendly and efficent. Hotel was well kept and clean. Very close to Queen Emma bridge for sightseeing. Downside I wish that you can book specialty resturants on arrival day as bookings are only made a day in advance and not same day hence this left buffet as only option on arrival day. Also wish it had more daily activities. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing get away this is the place for you.」
