It is just off Tasso Square and convenient to shopping, dining and the coast. It is centrally located which allowed us to walk to any of our planned destinations. "A perfectly good stay at the palazzo murrano. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful.. the housekeeper even dropped us off at the station early on the morning of check out. The photos probably flatter the rooms a little, but on the whole a very nice hotel. Our room was on the same floor as reception, which was less than ideal, with noise and smoking penetrating the room from outside."

"We had a difficult time communicating with Hotel Baia through Expedia, as the phone number provided was not actually for the hotel. The hotel is also located in an area that isn’t easily accessible and requires pickup by the hotel driver. Unfortunately, we were unable to reach the hotel despite trying both the Expedia number and the number listed on Google, as their phone lines appeared to be down. As a result, we had to pay for a taxi to take us part of the way, which was stressful and inconvenient. The rooms themselves were fairly clean, although quite small. The hotel does have a beautiful exterior view and convenient beach access, which were definite positives. However, our room did not have much of a view. The staff were generally friendly, but the transportation situation—particularly relying on the hotel shuttle between the bus stop and hotel—created unnecessary stress and made our stay less convenient overall."
