「Excellent」

「The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!」

「房間比想像中大」

「booking record has not been comfirmed by Hotel make us nervious , need to ask Expedia for help to reconfirm the booking」

「Great location. Clean and beautiful room.」

「駅から近く便利だった」

「Good」

「The room is spacious, clean and tidy Hotel is close enough to station and convenience without too noisy」

「Location is perfect. Clean but the room is extremely tiny. The property is located near railway and the building is not sound proof, which means I could hear trains passing by whole day.」

「房間好細，但基本設施有齊及有溫泉浸，職員亦熱心幫助，近西新宿五丁目站。」

「The room condition is good and clean, but I've never imagined there's no TV. And my room is very close by to the entrance I always hear the front door open and shut.」
