他のホテルにはある備品が無かったり、備品があるか、内線が無いから自分のスマホから電話をしたが、電話口で笑われた。 接客業である以上、電話だとしても笑うのはどうなのかと思う。

せめて価格を下げないと。再訪はない。

まず立地が非常に悪い。JR武蔵野線の北府中と西国分寺の中間にあり、不便。 また近隣に飲食店やコンビニがない。 それでも値段が安ければ良いものの、そうではなく普通の価格帯。 スタッフは丁寧な方もおられる一方で、日本語の理解に乏しい方もいて非常に困った。

風呂に入って、寝て起きたら、身体中に虫刺されのような跡があり、あちらこちらが痒い。 噂に聞くトコジラミか。 ユニットバスは、お湯が出てくるまで、5分くらい掛かった。

どの駅からも遠く、バスが府中行きはたくさん便があるのに、逆があまりなく、タクシーを使わざるを得ませんでした。 コインランドリーが外にあり、洗濯するのにコートを着て出掛けなければならず、 洗濯機も他の利用者が言うように、1台しかなく、不便です。 おまけに、最初洗濯物のゴミがたまるところに真っ黒になるまでパンパンにゴミがネットにたまっていて、気持ち悪く、フロントに言って清掃してもらいましたが、最悪な事に乾燥機が埃だらけで、結果洗濯する前より汚れました。 これも連絡したらきれいにはしてくれましたが、正直このやり取りで疲れました。洗濯機や乾燥機はホテル内に設置して欲しいです。 連泊したのですが、朝11時までに掃除のカードを部屋のドアにかければ掃除してくれます。 ですが、体調悪く、朝9時に部屋で休みたいので午後に掃除して欲しいと話したら11時までに掃除するから午後はだめだと言われました。 ん？カードは11時までなのに？ では11時に部屋を出ると言いましたが、それすら断られました。 掃除の人が早く帰りたいのでしょうが、 モヤモヤしました。 部屋は古いですけど、普通です。 冷蔵庫は少し大きめ。コンビニが歩いて10分程だし、ウェルカムの水すら置いてないし、ホテル内にはお酒類の自販機の種類が少ないのと高いので、買って行った方が良いと思います。 京王ストアが12分？ほどであるので、助かりました。広いしこの周辺で飲食できる所もあり、栄えてます。 とても静かなので、朝ジョギングしたり、のんびり過ごすには良いと思いました。
