「The location is not good, far away from the city center. The room is not very clean. The staff will not let you feel welcome. The car park is not on site the hotel, need to walk to the public car parking , walk 5-7 mins. I will not stay at this hotel again. 」

「Spotless. Resupply of milk, cookies and other water! Food fabulous!
Just a tad noisy it carries, with bar, restaurant all the one room, no carpet but in the summer I am sure with doors open that would soon be fixed.」

「This hotel is located in an amazing location with Poole Harbour to one side and the sea to the other, both accessible from the hotel.
The staff are polite and professional. The housekeeping is impressive.
Although the building is looking a little tired, the ambience, staff members and service make up for it.
Breakfast is as expected with variety on offer to cater to most dietary requirements. The dining/eating area could be made a little more attractive as the layout seems rather formal....
