"The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, from check-in to my daily comings and goings. I especially appreciated their thoughtfulness in offering assistance when I was juggling shopping bags while attending to the children. The rooms were generally well-maintained, with only a few minor stains noted. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the warm, attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable."

"This is our first time stayed at this hotel. We love each room has washer/dryer. Convenient location, lots of shops and restaurants close by not to mentioned close to MRT station. Highly recommended this hotel for longer stayed travelers."
