"Room: We stayed in the 2 bedroom family suite and it was very spacious for a family of 4. You could easily fit more comfortably. There was a main room with 2 queen beds and a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds. Shower/tub combo bathroom and a sink that was outside of the bathroom which made it nice. Had a balcony with a great view of the mountains and also the windows from main room had a great view (attached photo is the picture from our room). Would be great to add drawers in 2nd bedroom, but there was plenty of space to put our luggage down. Breakfast: Advertises continental breakfast but they really had a better variety than a typical continental breakfast in my opinion. They had boiled eggs, egg sandwiches, pastries, a great assortment of bagels and spreads. Room Cleaning: I didnt know this, but be sure you specify when you want your room cleaned as they will not come unless you tell them. I assumed it would hibernate every other day but it is only upon request. Would be great to have more linens upon arrival to last. Only had 2 washcloths for a family of 4. So stock up on those when you arrive and you will be fine. Location: Extremely convenient to downtown Estes- easily walkable. Elk sightings every day. If we come back would definitely stay here again!"

"The property was very reasonable priced for the area compared to others. I did feel like the space was a little smaller than it looked like in the pictures and a lot of the finishings (rugs, curtains, tables) seemed pretty out dated. There were no lamps or outlet in the living room area that made sense as far as furniture placement was concerned. The property was very accessible to downtown Estes so that's a plus. The staff let me check-in early and were quite friendly the entire time with any questions or requests that I had. I stayed for three nights total and for the last two nights, some of the other guests were pretty rowdy late into the night and early morning hours which was a little frustrating. I'm not blaming the staff for that at all, but if you want complete peace and quiet, you may not get it here every night. I'm not entirely sure I would stay again. Really just depends on the balance of price vs seclusion or quality. They do offer free bike rentals and Continental breakfast which was nice."
