"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I appreciated having coffee and a refrigerator in the room. My second floor room had windows that faced the front and rear of the property and the views were nice. I enjoyed seeing elk right outside the window. The breakfast was ok - quite a few choices; yogurt, juice, cereal, pastries, toast, biscuits & gravy, scrambled eggs & apples. The biggest disappointment was the condition of the outside of the building. It gave me a little bit of a negative first impression. The paint was worn, as were the carpets on the walkways. The cement and asphalt were lumpy, making it somewhat difficult to walk safely. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would stay again."

"The hotel looked nothing like the pictures online. The hotel appears to be very old, though it has been modernized somewhat. Very comfy beds, and the staff was amazing. I needed a blow-up bed for a third guest, and the staff was very quick to respond. I highly recommend this hotel and I would stay again."

"A jewel at the gate of RMNP. I loved the peacefulness of this place, I loved the little outdoor area. They have a great common area as well. The contactless check in went smoothe, codes worked, everything you could need is supplied. Will stay again! Their staff is kind and helpful. I stayed in the king suite."

"Room was clean. Staff was nice. It was in a good location. Did not get much sleep because people in the room above us were very noisy. Bathroom felt small and crowded. Breakfast was not the best but ok"

"We stayed in an kitchen suite. The kitchen was fully equiped for basic cooking including a dishwasher and a full sized refrigerator. The room was good sized and included a gas fireplace. A bonus was the private hot tub with jets inside the unit!"

"Expedia said pool was saltwater- it’s not & breakfast was included- it’s not The staff tho was great about this and offered us a discount for breakfast for the misleading information upon booking. We also got our room upgraded no charge from a double queen to a jr suite, which was great with 4 small children. All in all we would stay here again!"
