"The property is completely automated; there is no staff on site. There are phone numbers to call personal if needed. You access your room via a lock box outside the door. The room was well appointed with a nice TV, Microwave, air conditioning and refrigerator. The room could have been cleaner; a few details were missed like wiping out the microwave. The only access to the room was a sliding patio door. I found this a little different, but it was very well insulated, and I did not experience any outside noise from the parking lot."
