「Modern clean apartments with rooftop pool and large gym. Very friendly staff! Comfortable beds. Very walkable to Broadway and restaurants. Next time I would request higher apartment so it would be quieter ( Nashville can be very loud on the streets)」

「Really loved the Mint House. It will certainly a place we would look to return to if we come back to Nashville. We are clean freaks and this place met our standards. Within walking distance of all the downtown attractions and a Publix. 」

「It was a great place to stay. Units were within a condo complex but had some great touches like dedicated lockers for you luggage for early arrival or late departure. Nail place and Chinese restaurants right outside the door were great. 」

「The space was cute and had everything that we needed for our time at CMA Fest. It was walkable to Broadway And in a safe area. The downfall were that there is no parking here and not even a drop off area in the parking lot also, there is massive amount of construction going on around this property that is in the very beginning stages so I can imagine it will be happening for a long time. These were inconveniences, but the biggest problem is the retrofit air conditioners in the space do not...

「Studio 154 was located on 2nd Ave right off Broadway. Very modern and has a great rooftop escape with a great view. I would highly recommend it and we will be going back 」

「Be sure to confirm late checkout as they won’t allow you on the property at all without it after 11:00AM. There is a 50 dollar fee for late checkout so keep that in mind…..」

「Locale is a great place to stay! The Gulch is such a great section with good restaurants and an amazing Sundae Bar!!! 15 minute easy walk to downtown ! Great room to stay in! My only complaint would be the shower floor was peeling , that could use a little help! Other than that , it’s an amazing place to stay ! Would definitely stay there again ! 」

「This area was far enough from the strip that it was quiet in evening time and you could get some rest at night. Newer modern type apartment.」
