「Very nice place to stay. Friendly staff, pleasant lobby, clean room, comfortable bed with perfect pillows and good breakfast. Great value!」

「First night there, the room I was given was dirty. The floor had not been swept or vacuumed recently, the couch was covered in what looked like dog hair. The desk and night stands had not been wiped down and the refrigerator was dirty. They moved me to another room. It was better but the floors and couch were dirty. 「their business center has a computer that has been broken for over a year. you can't use the computer you can't use the printer for over a year it has been broken and nobody has been able to do anything about it. the hotel is completely out of shower gel so you either had to go buy your own or use shampoo or a soap bar」

「great in general 」

「Very good!」

「This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve been to in Fairmont. I’ve never been to West Virginia in general, but most of the party that stayed for a wedding in Mannington stayed here. It was a great time and breakfast was amazing!」

「Clean and comfortable. Reasonable light breakfast. Staff friendly and attentive. Could use at least disposable cups in the room, had to go to lobby for a couple coffee cups to brush teeth and get a drink of water. Ice machine on third floor was missing but there was one in the lobby. Nice clean stay, thanks!」

「The property is older but well maintained. The staff works to overcome the property’s shortfalls.」

「The room and motel were very clean. Coffee and tea available 24 hours. Snacks and drink available to buy. Ice was free. Breakfast was awesome. Everyone was very friendly」
