「Bathroom clean but carpet filthy, my white footies were black on bottom after walking just a few hours on it. The bed was a boxspring with a thin foam mat on it. The pillows were 3 square things. But the swimming pool was nice.」

「Our room was dirty along the baseboards and doors, the shower handle didn’t work and had to have someone fix it, the shower was dirty along the perimeter. We forgot a couple things in the room and they threw them away.」

「Wow, the Blennerhassett Hotel is full of surprises. I booked for all the usual reasons - looked historical and charming, clean, good reviews. After check in (and they upgraded me which was nice), I had a question for the front desk and my heart melted when I saw a darling doggie friend looking back at me from behind the desk. 「Everything was great and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was the swimming pool. It was so cloudy we couldn’t see into it. No way we were getting into it. I reported it to the receptionist and was told the pool gets cleaned once a week and that they would report it.」
