"Elevator was broken, pancake machine malfunctioning, and the evening staff chased away my kids from being able to swim even with my supervision. When I came back after I put them in bed other people were there with their kids. Mine hadn’t done anything wrong so I don’t understand the unequal treatment. Also, the first night of our stay there were very loud drunk guests making noise past midnight. "

"The only problem I could see in the room was the bathroom fan was on the same switch as the bathroom light the fan made so much noise you would not want the light on. So to see to do your hair you had to use the bedroom part of the room."

"A/C worked fine. There was a shower cap left from the previous guest, which leads me to believe the floors weren’t vacuumed. No USB ports and one small travel size shampoo/conditioner. The prices should be reduced for lack of proper amenities. "

"A very old hotel clearly past its day but it was OK for us. Room was clean, bathroom small but very functional. The restaurant actually had pretty good food and was pleasant. “Fitness Room”” totally bare except a sit down bike and treadmill. Evening staff helpful, daytime staff surly and unhelpful. Plenty of parking. Large parts of hotel not open, no breakfast service, no quiet areas to relax and read in"
