"Nobody there to help you check in. Had to text a number posted in the lobby to get room number and code to access room with electronic lock. Lock didn't work properly. Couldn't relock door so for 2 night I couldn't leave anything I room if I wasn't there. Toilet barely flushed and only flushed about every third time I tried to. Don't think it has been remodeled since it opened. Shower door has been patched multiple times. Would never stay there again. Other people had issue checking in."

"Checked in at 8 pm, no hotel attendance. Door code did not work, secondary measure key fob didn't work well but finally worked after a few minutes. Room smelled like bleach spill. Thin walls... can hear upstairs occupant walking around until after 3 am. "
