"My 17-year-old daughter and I stayed for two nights on the weekend. It was precisely what we needed. It was a great room for a great price! The staff were friendly and attentive. It was easy to find and had great designated parking. It’s right on Main Street and within walking distance to great restaurants (we ate at Dewey’s and Moab Grill), gas station, grocery store and souvenir shops. The beds and bedding were perfectly clean and comfortable. The little kitchenette was just right for our needs! The a/c heater unit was quiet and did the job. There was shampoo, conditioner, soap and a hair dryer, plenty of towels and two mirrors in the room which was all helpful! The hotel really was a wonderful value! We will absolutely come again and recommend it to our friends. We are Utah residents and we’ve already talked about our next trip to Moab. See ya soon! "
"Rooms were small, bathrooms were designed not to have locks, kind of hard to stay when sharing a room with non-family members. Breakfast was boring they have the same items on both days that we were there. Communication was terrible from staff to housekeeping, we did not have certain items upon arrival, went downstairs talked to the front desk to request these items, but when housekeeping came the next day these items were not taken care of. Their pool was not even open, not that we would have gone swimming due to the weather but there were moments in the day where if the pool was open it would be nice. Other hotels in the areas had their pool open. It's really sad when you injure yourself and you ask the front desk for a Band-Aid and they tell you you have to purchase it yourself from their shop. I don't do a lot of traveling so I don't know if staying at a hotel nowadays does not require the hotel to have available first aid kits for their patrons. A lot of public places usually carries first aid kits in case customers do have an accident. I felt like this place was very impersonal and more about charging their customers for every little thing. I definitely would not stay at this place again and would not recommend any friends or family to stay here."
