For the price it was acceptable. The room itself was clean and spacious but the outside needs a makeover. No smoke detector and the door stick and are hard to open. Also towel rack fell off when taking the towel off.

The room smelled like a cleaning products it was overwhelming and didn’t go away. Gave us all a headache. The door was odd to work. And didn’t feel secure leaving a gap. There was female hair on the wall of the shower. The smoke detector was missing from the wall and left a five inch hole in the wall. That I didn’t love being exposed and not having smoke detectors.

The regular price makes this very basic motel a reasonable value but unfortunately my stay was during the Moab car show. Very slim pickings concerning lodging in town and the nightly rate was about 50% greater than usual. It was nice that the management let me check out an hour late.

This hotel was very conveniently located, in great condition, clean and easy to check in-to with a room code texted to me before arrival. FYI there is no staff onsite but they answered the phone when called and gave us late checkout with no difficulty. Would highly recommend for an affordable, amenity-light stay in Moab.

Didn't end up staying.... Still waiting on a refund for my "refused stay". I had to contact the property to get my room information so I was on site when she informed me that I couldn't stay without a $100 deposit.... Since when?!?! I have been staying here every time I book a room for almost 3 years now and I've never had to pay a stupid deposit. Signed, A Once Loyal, Now FORMER Customer!

The property is old, but is very well taken care of. Looks like maybe it was remodeled recently and looks fabulous. Just is an older building. The sign was hard to see, but we made it and it was fantastic!
