"The hotel isn’t luxurious, but it’s very functional, and in a great location for the main strip in downtown Moab. My 19 year old son and I stayed for 3 nights to explore the area and do some hiking/exploring. The room was clean and beds comfy—cotton linens which were great (can’t stand polyester bedding). Bathroom was basic, but just fine. Water pressure was great and hot water was almost immediate and very hot. We had no trouble parking directly outside our room, and our room was very quiet. Cactus Jack’s for breakfast was awesome. Get the cinnamon roll to share! 😀 We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again."
"they have a desktop computer for guests to use, there jacuzzi was big & worked, the breakfast was was good enough, they cleaned the room every day. there was plenty of parking. you could walk to a dozen restaurants."
"Everything was great overall. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our experience.
We waited more 15 minutes for check-in in the evening, and there was no one at the Front Desk during that time. Additionally, the Front Desk staff member we interacted with later was a little rude.
Although the official checkout time was 11:00 AM, someone knocked on our door at around 9:30am asking whether we are checking out. We found this rather unpleasant and unnecessary, especially since we still had more than an hour before the scheduled checkout time.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but these experiences could certainly be improved to make guests feel more welcome and comfortable."
"They cleanliness, was a little questionable, there was a small piece of a tampon wrapper and hair on one of the towels. The hot showers were disappointing to say the least. The water heaters are very small and the temperature is not turned up very high."
"The hotel room was very interesting appeared to be an office turned into hotel room. The place was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed when the weather turned cold quickly so the AC was on in the room making it very cold. I text the owner and they did show up to start the furnace. We did have to wait over an hour as they are not local. The shower curtain was loose, the door was hard to open and the coffee pot did not work. All small things but a clear sign it is not very well maintained. They fixed everything I indicated but but had to be asked vs making sure everything was in order and working
The hotel was very well priced, clean and the bed was very comfortable which met all my requirements"
