「My experience at this hotel in San Antonio was disappointing. My room was never cleaned during my stay, and the shower had no curtain, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was also poor. I expected better cleanliness and service. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay.」

「We stayed 3 days, it was clean and pool was nice, the property was clean, right off highway. 10 mins from the Alamo, city walk and fort sam houston.」

「Do not waste your time! Hotel will charge additional fees for people not checked in on reservation. Rooms are extremely dirty NOTHING compared to the pictures I promise do not waste your time trying to save money! It’s Bad people」

「Había un olor extraño en la habitación」

「Needed more convenient outlet for CPAP and chargers.」

「The room is clean and staff is friendly. The only concern is breakfast. It doesnt have many options and it stops at 9 which is early for travellors.」

「Our first night was okay. They had to work on the water and shut the water off for more than half of the next day without notice. This was a huge inconvenience. We had to repeatedly call for an update on when the water would come on and had to leave and go somewhere else in order to use the restroom/ water. Huge inconvenience and terrible experience」
