First time traveling with my spouse. Great area! The hotel room was very clean. The only issue was the toilet made a weird noise. Other than that staff was great, breakfast was great and overall the hotel was great!

The staff was helpful & friendly, checking in was a pleasant experience and I got what I payed for which I won't mention the name of another hotel who advertised spacious & comfort but delivered the opposite, not the case with Best Western, I will continue to give them my business anytime I need a hotel with good prices, clean rooms and friendly staff.

Stayed for one night in San Antonio - picked this property based on price and location as it was a close drive to downtown. We had plans to check out the River Walk and go for dinner, and this hotel was a 10min drive to that area. The hotel and room were clean, and the AC worked well and wasn’t too loud. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast in the morning has good options and the coffee was nice. Parking lot was large and we were able to park with our trailer easily. Would stay here again.
