"Things were not in working order. We needed Wi-Fi to work while there and the signal too weak. The staff just said sorry. The tub jacuzzi didn’t work. The tv in bedroom didn’t have a remote. The staff tried another remote but nothing worked. Couch and carpet were so stained (in the presidential suite I might add) that we had to keep shoes on and sit on a blanket. Would not stay there again. "

"We had a great stay! We were in town for a concert we were going to. The room was nice, the bed was perfect and the ac kept us all cool during the day and night. We enjoyed the breakfast and the front desk hospitality very much. We were able to enjoy a swim before we headed home which was a great treat for the grandkids. "
