「All the staffs are warmly friendly!! The location is perfect!! We are so lucky to choose here for our family‘s new year celebration.」

「It was just as expected but fair warning: no ride shares in the area so if you’re looking to get sauced at a restaurant nearby pack some walking shoes. Also the tap water runs less than clear, leaving dark specks of grit in the sink. Kinda nasty. Rinse after brushing with a bottle of water or something. Shower seemed ok though. Good parking situation.」

「Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus.」

「I was very pleased with the choice of this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and efficient. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a wooden floor in our room rather than carpeting. The breakfast was excellent featuring real scrambled eggs and fresh berries as the fruit offering. I would definitely choose the Best Western in Morristown on a return trip.」

「overall not bad but the bathroom pocket door was horribly scratched -- the floor molding was scratched by the vacuuming and the sofa was old ----- look like some things were updated and were fine and others just let go a bit too long」
