「We booked a king bed with a jetted tub online. The room we received had a queen bed and bunk beds. I guess they took out the jetted tubs in January and didn't update their booking sites. The gentleman at the desk was very defensive and talked about getting a manager--but I just asked for a new room (I did NOT get upset). Things happen. 「We were looking for an affordable option for visiting Durango, and we are so glad we chose Super 8! After lots of traveling, we were thrilled to land in a hotel that was clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious and well-maintained. Our two nights at Super 8 were some of the best sleep we had during our 9-night trip! 「Luxurious and comfy as well as historic. Lovely interior room, and great bed. Warm cookies upon arrival, clean and quiet. The ancient tiny elevator was the only frustration- tough to manage door with luggage, and too many people waiting. 」

「The young man at the front desk could not have been nicer, very helpful! The facility is aged and the AC was just a wall unit. Everything was clean. The only complaint was breakfast, cereal, milk, yogurt, coffee, Tang, apples and sweeteners. …not worthy of being called A continental breakfast. It’s a good value, but it’s not going to be a place that sets any high bars. 」
