We asked for a new room because ours had a very badly soiled carpet with something black on it. The pool area and pool is poorly lit, so more difficult lot to watch the children. Our room overlooked the roof of a nearby building, where a large air-conditioning unit ran continuously, making it difficult to sleep. The room also had no carpet, and the floor felt dirty and gritty underfoot. Finally, the toiletries provided were insufficient for a two-night stay. We received only one tiny bottle of shampoo and two tiny bottles of conditioner, with no additional toiletries...
