「Very nice staff and comfortable stay.」

「I was charged for a queen bed, it was a full bed. There was no complimentary shampoo available, and I forgot to bring one. I was told by Expedia that they had rollaway beds, they did not. They did not have a coffee pot in the room, you had to go to the lobby. The only good things were that the small bed was comfortable and the location of the motel was nice.」

I had a situation that wasn’t professionally handled by the staff in the property but when I called the Hilton 800 number the issue was addressed and taken care of. Hopefully the staff will be better trained to handle customer complaint in an efficient and professional way. Will stay in the hotel again. Thanks.」

「This hotel is so cool and it’s in a great location. There were earl plugs in the room , in case the sea lions were loud and we were lucky, we didn’t have to use them. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very unique. The free champagne was a nice way to start our vacation. The outside saunas are neat and the deck is a great place to relax. Being from Florida , I’m used to air conditioning everywhere, so not having it was scary at first but the weather was perfect during the end of June.」

「They have a unique business model with no management on the property. they were available by phone and text, but not immediately. This left several of us left out in the rain trying to get in our rooms. The communal kitchen was not really somewhere you could cook. There was a microwave and toaster oven, but no dishes.
