"Love the property and have stayed there many times over the past 25 years or so. Two complaints regarding this stay were related to the mattress in the room and the included breakfast. The mattress needs to be replaced; it was low in the middle and resulted in rolling into the centre which unfortunately resulted in a poor sleep. The breakfast was not good; food cold. The manager indicated he would call me and compensate we somehow regarding the room, but hasn’t called me yet."

"We really enjoyed our stay at homewood suites. It is very conveniently located in downtown Hamilton, close to city hall, td coliseum, the Hamilton farmers market etc. the staff were lovely, our room was clean and beautiful. Parking was easy and inexpensive. The best part was the continental breakfast, nobody does it better than homewood suites and this was the best we have ever had, excellent job!! "
