Not only did I not have the full Deposit the online booking company booked my room in the wrong name. So clearly I did not have 2 forms of ID to check-in, and they don't give refunds, and there was nothing stating the deposit on the website when I was booking. Very unhappy and did not have a place to stay after paying for it reached out to the motel, they were not compassionate and did not care and Was not?\n Happy with the sign on the wall, saying no visitors or you would be basically put out on the streets. And if more than 2 people were in the room you were kicked out\n Last time I checked, if you run it around, you could have a person. Come over as long as they were not staying the night. "Were happy until we developed water leak in bathroom. Had to move to different facility...no rooms avail. Staff very nice. Beds great. Lots of hot water."

"Safety concern with malfunctioning elevator. Was stuck on elevator twice. Come to find out the staff would reset the elevator and claim that is was fixed. Other families experienced the same situation. Safety concern with turning lights off in pool area when there were children in the pool. I had just left the pool area to go to the desk to get more pool towels. Minutes after I returned all of the lights turned off while there were kids in the pool with no warning. I fear that there could be a serious incident in the future at this hotel. "
