「Having never stayed at the Waterbury we didn't know what to expect but ended up enjoying our stay there. The hotel overall is kept clean. The 2 bedroom loft plus pullout bed provided decent room for 5 of us, including 3 adult children. The grill and gas fire pit with seating area out front is very nice. Both pools (indoor/outdoor) and hottub were clean and provided an enjoy spot to spend time in the water. The grounds of the resort are maintained very well too. Only the landscape islands...

「Wonderful resort with access to a small private beach and nice balconies with view and lovely flowers. The room was clean, beds comfortable, and we received cold water in the frig as well as microwave popcorn. We enjoyed both. Nice breakfast choices but simple mostly, hard boiled eggs, Jimmy Dean microwave sandwiches, yogurt, bagels, muffins,, cereals and juices.coffee available most of the day in lobby and free wine in early evening. 「We had a beautiful view of Lake Michigan from our room's window. The Lake was close to the building so the sound of the waves could lull us to sleep. The windows opened to allow fresh air into the room. The breakfast muffins and doughnuts tasted homemade. The staff was friendly and very helpful. 」

「We had such a wonderful stay at Parkwood Lodge in Door County! I worked a wedding for hair and makeup, my mom sharing the room with me would have had to wait 2 hours outside the original check out time, but they allowed me to extended my checkout time while working with Expedia to make sure my stay was as seamless as possible and did not make a fuss over the change! Also left a clothing item in my room and they had it folded nicely waiting for me even after checkout....
